It has everything this sport called MMA: Mixed Martial Arts in which fighters combine lots of fight styles and that I really like. It is important to ensure your instructor with protective headgear and gloves; make sure that you get a good teacher definitely, one who may be able but safe for training. You can get a little creative in this way and have some fun while training safely.
